Grapefruit is a winter hero. It’s bright when everything else feels beige, and it instantly makes a drink taste “alive.” Add warming spice (cinnamon + cardamom), and you’ve got something that feels holiday-ready without getting heavy.
Our Grapefruit is infused with functional mushrooms like Cordyceps, often used to support energy and stamina, which is perfect because this is the drink you make when you want to rally for a party but still feel like yourself tomorrow.

Warm Spice, Bright Citrus, No Heaviness
The grapefruit peel + spice blend gives you that “winter cocktail” vibe without needing a bunch of syrup. It’s festive, not cloying. And it’s easy.
When You’d Want This One
- Before heading to a holiday party (pre-game, but intentional)
- During a cozy get-together when you want something a little grown-up
- When you need “holiday energy” without an espresso martini situation
- As a lighter alternative to sugar-heavy cocktails
Sēkwl's Spiced Grapefruit Highball
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz tequila blanco or reposado
- ¼ oz simple syrup (or cinnamon simple syrup if you want it warmer)
- Squeeze of lime
- 4 oz Sēkwl Grapefruit Adaptogenic Sparkling Water
- Garnish: grapefruit slice or cinnamon stick
Build:
- Add tequila and syrup to a rocks glass with ice.
- A squeeze of lime.
- Top with Sēkwl Grapefruit, stir gently, garnish.
How to Make it NA
Skip the tequila:
- 4-6 oz Sēkwl Grapefruit over ice
- Grapefruit slice garnish
- A squeeze of lime + a cinnamon stick for aroma.
Holiday Balance Tip
If you’re bouncing between events, try a “one-for-one rule” (this one I learned from my Mom who has always been a big proponent of hydration while enjoying a glass or two of Chardonnay): For every cocktail, drink one glass of water (or do one Sēkwl NA first). You’ll stay more present, sleep better, and your tomorrow-self will be grateful.
